“Great service and cleanliness ”

“We stayed here for two days because I had appointments at MD Anderson cancer center, first the review said there is breakfast with our stay! No breakfast at all..then the water in our sink did not work so they changed us to another room and the same thing NO WATER! The second room they put us in was next to a couple that were fighting and smoking weed all night..the smell came in our room told the front desk and was told that they would let the manager know..no one came to check..never staying...

“Staff was not friendly. Elevators are old. Dustbin places infront of the elevator. Coffee maker was placed in the bathroom. Shower in bathroom was not working properly ”

“Not sure why there are so many good reviews for this place. Once we arrived, it was obvious cheap renovations had been done to mask the reality that in spite of the renovations, this place has a lot of problems. 1. Area is not ideal; on our second night there we started hearing banging so loud it shook our walls. We peeked out our door and realized it was some dude next door who was fighting with his girlfriend and she had locked him out. He was screaming and banging on the door so hard I'm...

“Colazione completa ogni mattina compresa. Pulizia eccezionale. Camera molto grande. Tanti ristoranti in zona. Il Mambo è il ristorante adiacente all'hotel e serve pesce fresco e buonissimo. Molto conveniente. Quartiere non centrale ma utile per visitare i dintorni di Houston. ”

“This place is a cat fish. The rooms are messed up the tvs don’t work. Everywhere is old and needs to be updated the showers heads are full of hard water build up the beds are hard and small these pictures they have up are NOT actual the chair for the desk was broke and just in the corner I definitely wouldn’t have stayed or spent my money if I knew it looked like this ”

“The sheets were actually dirty, but because I checked in so late I slept on one side. I also found a dirty towel in the bathroom sink when I walked. There was no remote control for the TV in the room and when I asked for one turns out the TV was not even working. The African American staff was so rude and judgmental towards me. And the in the main hallway was not even working. Then when I gave a 1 rating the same lady at the front desk came confronted me about it like I did her wrong. First of...
